L.A.'s Mountain Biking Trails Cogswell Dam Click Here for Map Take the 210 Freeway to Azusa Avenue. Exit and head north (towards the mountains). Follow the road past the Morris and San Gabriel dams. Continue north past the East fork Junction and the off road area. Just beyond the forest service station, there will be a dirt area to park right before the west fork junction, and a paved area right after. Park in either location and look for the road with the bar in front of it next to the dirt parking area.
